SB 98: Operation of Cardrooms

GENERAL BILL by Geller

Operation of Cardrooms; prescribes licensing requirements when more than one permitholder uses same facility; provides cardroom license fees; revises amount of bets allowable for each round, hand, or game; authorizes facilities to award prizes; revises rate of gross receipts tax on admissions; revises amount of cardroom receipts that must be used to supplement greyhound & jai alai purses. Amends 849.086.
