GENERAL BILL by Harrell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Cusack ; Domino
Controlled Substances; prohibits sale, manufacture, alteration, delivery, uttering, or possession of counterfeit-resistant prescription blanks for controlled substances; provides additional requirements for dispensing of controlled substance listed in Schedule II, Schedule III, or Schedule IV; provides rulemaking authority to Board of Pharmacy, etc. Amends Chs. 831, 893. APPROPRIATION.
