Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute; provides that contract with State Board of Education shall permit use of lands & facilities for research, education, treatment, prevention, & early detection of cancer; renames Fla. Alzheimer's Center & Research Institute as Johnnie Bryars Byrd, Sr., Alzheimer's Center & Research Center, etc. Amends 1004.43,.445.
