Prescription Drugs/Elderly Persons; revises pharmaceutical expense assistance program for low-income elderly individuals; adds eligibility groups; provides benefits; requires federal approval of benefits; creates Sunshine for Seniors Program to assist low-income seniors with obtaining prescription drugs from manufacturers' pharmaceutical assistance programs; provides implementation & overight duties of Elderly Affairs Dept., etc. Amends 409.9065; creates 430.83.
