High-speed Rail System Tax Exemption; specifies that tax exemptions for Florida High-Speed Rail Authority, agents of authority, & owners of high-speed rail system do not apply to associated developments or income, sales, or other taxable transactions re associated developments of authority or system; provides for construction of act in pari materia with laws enacted during 2003 Regular Session or 2003 Special Session of Legislature. Amends 341.840.
