GENERAL BILL by Greenstein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Vana

Video Lotteries; provides powers & duties of Lottery Dept. pertaining to video lottery games; prohibits certain persons from playing said games; provides for licensure of video lottery terminal vendors; provides requirements for video lottery terminals; requires operators of facilities where said games are conducted to post certain warning signs & print warnings on daily racing programs re compulsive gambling, etc. Amends Ch. 24, 212.02.
