Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; includes certain accounts, formerly certain associations, within Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; authorizes State Board of Administration to charge interest on delinquent remittances to said fund; expands insurers eligible for exemptions from certain reimbursement contract & premium provisions authorized by board under certain circumstances; revises reimbursement contract requirement, etc. Amends 215.555.
