Firefighter & Police Pensions; authorizes DOR to create & maintain database for use by insurers that report & remit excise tax on property insurance premiums; provides insurers with incentives for using database; provides penalties for failure to use database; requires local governments to provide information to dept.; authorizes DOR to create & maintain database for use by insurers that report & remit excise tax on casualty insurers premiums, etc. Amends Chs. 175, 185. APPROPRIATION: $300,000.
