Substance Abuse Treatment; provides additional legislative findings & purposes re treatment of substance abuse; revises legislative intent re treatment-based drug court programs to reflect participation by community support agencies, DOE, & other individuals; revises eligibility requirements for participation in pretrial intervention programs & in delinquency pretrial intervention programs, etc. Amends Ch. 39, 397.334, 910.035, 948.08, 985.306.
Effective Date: 7/1/2003 07/01/2003, or upon becoming law, whichever occurs later
