GENERAL BILL by Farkas

Medical Incidents; deletes requirement that persons act in good faith to avoid liability or discipline for their actions regarding awarding of staff membership or clinical privileges; prohibits inclusion of payments made by insurers for bad faith claims in insurer's rate base; requires certain information re medical malpractice to be reported to Insurance Regulation Office; provides for mandatory mediation in medical negligence causes of action, etc. Amends FS.
