Affordable Community Improvement; requires Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to reserve portions of certain annual community contribution tax credits for eligible sponsors of certain low-income housing projects; increases amount of available annual community contribution tax credits; provides for low-income housing tax credit for certain property used for affordable housing; increases cap for loans per housing community for elderly, etc. Amends FS.
