Hospice Facilities/Fla. Bldg. Code; includes certain hospice facilities in Florida Building Code; limits definition of hospice to entity exempt from federal taxation under s. 501(c)(3) of Internal Revenue Code; deletes provision requiring Elderly Affairs Dept. to adopt physical plant standards for hospice facilities; requires construction standards for certain hospice facilities to comply with Florida Building Code, etc. Amends 553.73, 400.601,.605; creates 400.6055.
