Breast Cancer Treatment; amends provisions prescribing length of hospital stay re mastectomy which specified health insurers & HMOs must cover; provides requirements for length of hospital stay re lymph-node dissection which specified health insurers & HMOs must cover; limits application of law; provides exceptions. Amends 627.64171,.66121, 641.31.
