Bail Bond Agent Securities; provides security deposit requirements for certain professional bail bond agents; provides for deposit of such securities with Chief Financial Officer; provides duties & responsibilities of said officer; provides for return of certain securities to bond agent under certain circumstances; authorizes said officer to sell or transfer such securities for certain purposes under certain circumstances.
