GENERAL BILL by Arza ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bendross-Mindingall ; Cantens ; Homan ; Kosmas ; Quinones ; Zapata

Students/Reading Deficiencies; provides certain rights to parents of students with reading deficiencies; requires that parents receive understandable information & are consulted re child's academic progress; provides notification of additional information to parents of students who exhibit substantial reading deficiency; requires school districts to provide certain reading interventions to students who have been retained, etc. Amends 1002.20, 1008.25.
