State Prisoners/Frivolous Actions; authorizes Corrections Dept. to pursue disciplinary action against prisoners who bring certain frivolous or malicious collateral criminal actions; reenacts provision re forfeiture of gain-time, to conform. Amends 944.279; reenacts 944.28(2).
