Specialty Behavioral Health Care; requires CFS Dept. to establish demonstration project in District 4 in order to determine benefits of developing specialty behavioral health care provider to deliver behavioral health services to persons who reside in assisted living facility that holds limited mental health license; requires dept. to select provider through competitive bid process; provides for dept. to assist AHCA in selecting managed care entity delivering behavior health care, etc.
