Nursing Services/Standards; provides definitions re nursing standards; provides for chief nursing officer to supervise hospital's nursing service; requires hospital to adopt policies to ensure quality nursing services; directs hospital to develop & implement staffing plan for nursing personnel; directs hospital to appoint advisory staffing committee; directs AHCA to conduct random audits of specified number of hospitals for compliance with act, etc. Creates 395.0075.
