Florida Healthy People 2010 Program; provides for DOH to monitor & report on Florida's status re Healthy People 2010 goals & objectives currently tracked by dept.; requires dept. to work with various groups to educate health care professionals on racial & ethnic issues in health, to recruit & train health care professionals from minority backgrounds, & to promote certain research; requires AHCA to contract with minority physician networks, etc. Creates 381.736; amends 409.901,.912.
