GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Argenziano ; Margolis ; Wilson
Officer Cheryl Seiden Act; prohibits court from accepting plea agreement that prohibits law enforcement, correctional, or correctional probation officer from appearing at parole hearing or clemency hearing; prohibits plea agreement that prohibits law enforcement, correctional, or correctional probation officer who was victim in offense from appearing or providing statement at sentencing hearing, etc. Amends 921.143.
