GENERAL BILL by Lynn
County Road Systems; prescribes conditions under which governing body of county may declare existing road to be prescriptive easement by necessity & public right-of-way upon which public moneys may be spent for maintenance; provides for hearing; provides for cancellation of delinquent taxes on lands so declared. Amends 336.02.
