Commerce With Terrorist States Act; provides for levy of security assessment on charter transportation for trips originating in this state & arriving in identified terrorist state; requires any university or community college within State University System or Fla. Community College System that organizes or directs organization of cultural or educational trip utilizing charter transportation to any terrorist state to provide DOE with specified information, etc. Creates 288.857.
