JOINT RESOLUTION by Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell
Voting/Primary Election; constitutional amendment that will permit all electors regardless of party affiliation to vote in primary elections for office, in same manner as currently permitted when winner of primary will be unopposed in general election, if winner of primary will be opposed in general election by write-in candidate only. Amends s. 5, Art. VI.
