CS/HB 1207: Parenting Coordination Program

GENERAL BILL by Garcia ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Green

Parenting Coordination Program; authorizes court to appoint parenting coordinator in certain proceedings; requires said coordinator to serve until discharged by court; provides that communications with parenting coordinator are not confidential except in certain situations; requires court to determine party's financial ability to pay for certain services under certain circumstances; establishes duties of parenting coordinator, etc. Amends 61.046; creates 61.125.
