GENERAL BILL by Hasner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fiorentino
Hazing; specifies conduct that constitutes hazing at certain high schools; creates new offenses of hazing at high school with grades 9-12; provides for third degree felony offense of hazing at high school; provides popular name of "Chad Meredith Act; provides for first degree misdemeanor offense of hazing; authorizes court to impose condition of drug or alcohol probation in certain circumstances, etc. Amends 1006.63, 1001.64.
