Stacy Young Act; defines term "amateur sanctioning organization"; provides Fla. State Boxing Commission responsibility for, & authority to adopt rules re approval of said organizations for amateur boxing & kickboxing matches held in state; authorizes commission to adopt by rule, or incorporate by reference into rule, health & safety standards of certain specified boxing & kickboxing organizations, etc. Amends Ch. 548.
