Electronic Monitoring/Probationers; requires vendors that provide electronic monitoring services to register certain information with clerk of court; authorizes bail bond agents to contract with registered vendors to provide electronic monitoring of pretrial releasees in certain circumstances; authorizes pretrial release subject to said monitoring; revises reporting requirements applicable to probationers & community controlees, etc. Amends Chs. 948, 903, 648.387; reenacts FS. APPROPRIATION: $3,750,000.
