Electronic Monitoring/Pretrial; requires vendors that provide electronic monitoring services to register certain information with clerk of court; authorizes bail bond agents to contract with government entities to provide electronic monitoring services in certain circumstances; provides specifications for electronic monitoring equipment; authorizes pretrial release subject to electronic monitoring, etc. Amends 648.387, 948.09; creates 903.0472.
