CS/SB 1296: Charter Employees & Contractors
GENERAL BILL by Education ; Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Charter Employees & Contractors; requires both instructional & noninstructional personnel of charter schools to file fingerprints with school board of district within which charter school is located; provides that contractors have same requirements for fingerprinting as employees; requires arrest record to be reported to employing or contracting school district; requires FDLE to adopt rules setting annual fee for performing searches, etc. Amends 1012.32.
