Insurance Payments/Escrow Accounts; requires insurer to reinstate, under certain circumstances, insurance policy that is cancelled due to failure of lender to pay premium for which sufficient escrow funds are on deposit; requires property insurers to reinstate pursuant to law canceled property insurance policy secured by mortgage for failure by lender to timely pay premium, etc. Amends 501.137, 627.4133.
