Public Accountancy; authorizes waiver of certain requirements in excess of baccalaureate degree for applicants for licensure as certified public accountant who meet certain prior employment criteria; requires completion of required continuing education in ethics prior to taking exam required for renewal of license; requires certain amount of continuing education to be in ethics; provides course requirements & requirements for course providers. Amends Ch. 473.
