CS/SB 1324: Vehicular Homicide
GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal Justice ; Campbell
Vehicular Homicide; provides that operating motor vehicle without having slept within preceding 24 hours of episode that results in death does not create, without additional competent evidence, presumption that person operated vehicle in reckless manner for purposes of vehicular-homicide provisions. Amends 782.071.
