GENERAL BILL by Campbell

School Visitation Rights Act; creates said act; requires employers to grant leave for school conference or activity to parents & guardians under specified conditions; provides for employees to make up leave time taken, under specified conditions; requires Education Commissioner to give notice of act to schools; requires schools to give notice to parents; requires employees who take such leave to obtain documentation from school & to submit documentation to employer, etc.
