Movie Theaters/Recording Devices; provides that person who knowingly operates audiovisual recording function of any device in motion picture theater without express written consent of theater owner commits felony of third degree; provides criminal penalties, including increased fine; authorizes theater owner to detain certain persons; provides immunity to theater owner for detaining certain persons while awaiting arrival of law enforcement officer; provides applicability, etc.
