GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Community Residential Homes; authorizes sponsoring agency that does not have contract with CFS Dept. to establish community residential home for six or fewer residents in single-family or multifamily zone without first obtaining approval from local government; authorizes sponsoring agency that has contract with dept. to provide specified services to establish said homes for six or fewer residents in multifamily zone without first obtaining approval, etc. Amends 419.001.
