GENERAL BILL by Cretul ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Roberson, Y

Medication of Children; creates Center for Juvenile Psychotropic Studies within Psychiatry Dept. of College of Medicine of University of Florida; specifies that parent's refusal to administer psychotropic medication to child shall not constitute grounds for CFS Dept. to take child into custody; provides that it is unlawful for certain child care facility personnel to administer medication to child without written authorization, etc. Amends Chs. 39, 402, 743, 1006.
