Englewood Water District; (Charlotte & Sarasota Counties) codifies, amends, reenacts, & repeals district's special acts; establishes boundaries; provides for election of board of supervisors to govern said district; provides for levy & collection of non-ad valorem assessments on benefited property & pledge of such assessments for payment of any revenue bonds, or assessment bonds; provides for rights, remedies, & security of any holders of said bonds, etc.
