GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Diaz de la Portilla

Mobile & Manufactured Homes; deletes requirement that manufacturer's certificate of origin be recorded with clerk of court in order for HSMV to retire title to mobile home; requires that mobile & manufactured homes sold in this state be constructed to meet certain standards; requires each county or municipality to be responsible for onsite inspection of mobile home installation within its jurisdiction, etc. Amends Ch. 320, 319.261, 215.559.
