GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Gambling; allows certain types of state-regulated gambling activity as alternative to federally allowed gambling; provides for Pari-mutuel Wagering Div. of DBPR to determine whether such federally allowed gambling exists in this state; requires division to adopt rules to license & regulate state-sponsored gambling; provides for state tax on revenues from such state-regulated gambling activities, etc. Creates 849.088.
