SB 146: Sexual Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Lynn ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano
Sexual Offenders; prohibits certain sexual offenders subject to conditional release supervision from living within specified distance of certain places where children congregate; provides requirements for school districts in locating school bus stops; prohibits persons convicted of certain sex crimes from residing within 1,000 feet of school, day care center, park, or playground, etc. Amends 947.1405, 1006.22; creates 794.065.
