Emergency Medical Services; authorizes expenditure of interest generated from certain grant funds; requires Health Dept. rules to include procedure for recognizing cardiopulmonary resuscitation & advanced cardiac life support course equivalency; provides criminal history check application requirements for certain certifications; requires statewide & national criminal history checks, etc. Amends Ch. 401.
