CS/HB 1475: Cemeteries/Ingress & Egress
GENERAL BILL by Gardiner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brutus
Cemeteries/Ingress & Egress; provides statutory easement for ingress & egress, for visitation & maintenance of cemetery, for members of not-for-profit organizations whose purposes include preservation of state's history & maintenance of historic cemeteries; provides that certain enclosed cemeteries are not required to satisfy definition of "posted land" in order to obtain certain benefits pertaining to trespass on enclosed lands, etc. Amends 704.08, 810.011.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
