Hotel Key Card/Counterfeit; prohibits knowing use of false or counterfeit hotel key card or other card with magnetic strip to obtain or attempt to obtain credit or to purchase or attempt to purchase any goods, property, or service; redefines term "access device" to include hotel key card or other card with magnetic strip; provides criminal penalties for unlawful use of such cards, etc. Amends 871.481,.568,.625; reenacts various FS.
