SB 1484: Living Wills

GENERAL BILL by Crist

Living Wills; provides that person may specify in living will or written declaration which life-prolonging procedures person chooses to use & which life-prolonging procedures person chooses not to use to sustain, restore, or supplant spontaneous vital function; revises suggested form of living will to permit person to direct which life-prolonging procedures person chooses to have withheld or withdrawn. Amends 765.302,.303.
