Prohibited Financial Acts & Practice; authorizes Attorney General to conduct certain investigations & bring certain enforcement actions to enjoin & seek restitution for certain acts & practices constituting violations of certain provisions of law; provides for civil penalty & for recovery of costs & attorney's fees; brings violations of certain additional provisions of law under investigation & prosecution authority of Office of Statewide Prosecutor, etc. Amends Chs. 517, 905, 16.
