Pawnbroking; revises definition to refer to term "stolen" rather than "misappropriated"; revises time period that pawnbroker is required to secure & maintain goods that are subject of purchase transaction in certain circumstances; provides that inspections by law enforcement officials must be conducted in reasonable manner so as not to disrupt pawnbroker's business operations; limits use of records re pawnbroker transaction, etc. Amends 539.001,.003.
