GENERAL BILL by Greenstein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
Video Lotteries; provides powers & duties of Lottery Dept. pertaining to video lottery games; provides for annual fee & for disposition of fee; prohibits certain persons from playing said games; provides requirements for operation of such games; provides payout percentage; provides for distribution of income; provides for licensure of video lottery terminal vendors; provides for adoption of emergency rules, etc. Amends Ch. 24, 212.02.
