GENERAL BILL by Atwater
Nursing Homes/Staffing/Supervision; provides that nursing home that fails to comply with specified percentage of state minimum-staffing requirements may not accept new admissions until certain conditions are satisfied; provides that standards for nursing supervision of nursing home residents are altered for night shift duties. Amends 400.141,.23.
