GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal Justice ; Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Protective Injunctions; provides that petitioner for injunction for protection against sexual violence may list address of his or her current residence in separate confidential filing in certain circumstances; deletes provision providing for service of petition, notice of hearing, & any temporary injunction in circumstances where respondent is in custody of DOC, etc. Amends 784.046,.047,.08, 20.165, 901.15.
