GENERAL BILL by Stansel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Benson ; Brown ; Davis ; Kendrick ; Spratt ; Troutman
Street Lighting; limits liability for certain public & private entities providing street lights, security lights, or other similar illumination; provides that certain entities do not owe duty to public to provide, operate, or maintain illumination; provides for exceptions; prohibits certain findings of fault or responsibility of an entity not party to litigation; provides for severability; provides for application. Creates 768.1382.
